Cancellation and Refund Policy

Osleria (“Company,” “we,” or “our”) for the provided Software as a Service (SaaS)
(the “Service”). By subscribing to our Service, you agree to the terms
of this policy.
Subscription Cancellation
You, the subscriber, have the right to cancel your subscription to the Service at any
time before the start of your next billing cycle.
Automatic Renewal
Our subscriptions automatically renew to ensure uninterrupted access
to the Service. Unless you cancel your subscription before the start of the
next billing cycle, your subscription will automatically continue and you will be charged
for the following subscription period.
Cancellation Process
To cancel your subscription, you must do so through the billing section on
our website. This is the primary cancellation method, as it directly controls
the status of your subscription. If the cancellation does not work,
please disable your ad or content blocker. Only account administrators
will have access to the billing tab. If you are not an administrator, you must contact
your administrator to manage billing.
Billing
The Service is billed monthly and calculated to the minute to avoid
confusion due to time zone differences. This precise billing ensures
that you are charged only for the exact duration the Service was used.
Cancellation Deadline
To avoid being charged for the next subscription period, you must cancel your
subscription before the renewal date. The renewal date is the day before the
end of your current subscription period.

We recommend setting a reminder or periodically reviewing your
subscription settings if you are considering cancellation. This proactive approach
will help you ensure that you can make an informed decision about your subscription
before automatic renewal.
Refund Policy
Payments made for monthly or annual subscriptions are generally
non-refundable. This policy is designed considering the nature of our
digital services and the availability of a free plan that allows users
to evaluate our services risk-free.
Refunds will not be issued for the following reasons:
Deciding you no longer need the service after purchase. Purchasing a subscription
but not using the service. Price changes after your purchase. Accidental purchases.
The service not meeting your expectations or preferences. Discovering an alternative
service you prefer. Slow upload or download speeds, which are influenced by your
Internet connection and ISP performance. Video editing taking longer than expected
due to high-definition videos requiring re-encoding. Intermittent technical issues, as we
work diligently to resolve problems promptly. Forgetting to cancel your subscription
or not seeking cancellation assistance from our support team before the renewal date.
Requesting a Refund
In circumstances not listed above, you may request a refund through
the cancellation flow within the billing tab in the dashboard.
Provide feedback in the flow and these requests will be reviewed by our
billing team.
Changes to the Cancellation and Refund Policy
We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any
time. Any changes will take effect immediately after the publication
of the revised policy on our website. Your continued use of the Service after
any changes to this policy constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
